At Szelora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that does not fit or has an issue, we offer a replacement under the conditions below.
Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused and unworn

Clean, without stains, marks, or odors

Unwashed and unaltered

In original packaging

With all original tags intact

Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Replaceable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for replacement:

Innerwear

Socks
-
Personalized or customized products

Clearance or final sale items

Selected accessories (if specified on the product page)
Replacement Process
To request a replacement:

Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery

Provide order details and reason for replacement

Share clear photo or video proof if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Wait for approval before sending the item
Replacement will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.
Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the situation:

Customer error (size issue, change of mind, etc.) → Customer bears return shipping cost

Seller error (wrong item, defective, damaged product) → Szelora will arrange replacement after valid proof
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong or defective item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photo/video proof

Replacement will be issued upon verification
Refund Policy
Szelora currently offers replacement only and does not provide refunds for returned items.
In exceptional cases where replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a refund may be issued via bank transfer at our discretion.
Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.
